Mr. Jerome Rich is a Multi-Family developer and State Certified General Contractor who has been developing properties throughout the Southern Regions of Florida for over 15 years. His development concepts reinforce his firm belief in creating a courtyard type environment allowing residents to have a sense of an intimate neighborhood setting.
Mr. Rich has the valuable foresight to understand the home is the most important element in a family’s life and works closely with his development teams to create the type of living arrangements residents can enjoy and be proud of.
Through Rich Properties, LLC., Mr. Rich has developed over 2,000 multi-family units as well as numerous commercial properties including nursing homes, national hotels and restaurants, and office space.
Rich Properties manages all properties “in-house” and only develops properties self owned allowing Mr. Rich to control construction costs which in turn results in lower market values which are then passed on to the consumer.

Mr. Richard Lundy is a State Certified General Contractor with over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. Mr. Lundy has been developing multi-family housing in Florida since 1988 and has constructed over 5,000 multi-family units in addition to Assisted Living Facilities, office space and warehouse facilities.
His current responsibilities for Rich Properties consist of site selection, design coordination with design professionals, permitting through the various agencies and project build-out.
