Q: What is the monthly rental price range?A: “Phoenix” model $925-$1025/month, “Sable” model $1125-$1225/month, “Royal” model $1225-$1325/month.
Q: What is your required security deposit and is last months rent necessary?A:We base all security deposits and whether or not last months rent is necessary on your credit history. We usually require at least one month’s rent as a security deposit.
Q: What is included in my rent?A: Trash pickup, pest control, , indoor maintenance, pool care and lawn care.
Q: What is the application fee?A: $75.00 for any individual or married couple, $25.00 for every person after that.
Q: is your community pet friendly?A: Yes and your pet deposit and fee will depend on the size and breed of your pet.
